The building is a residence built in the late 19th century near Hatuniye Square in the Basmane region.
It is a registered historical monument. It consists of a basement and two floors above.
The parcel area is 187.50 m², the gross construction area is approximately 360 m², and the garden area is 70 m².
The building, which was used as a hotel until recently, has been re-functioned as a Boutique Hotel. The original architectural design and historical texture of the building will be preserved, aiming for visitors to receive quality accommodation services at affordable prices. The architectural projects of the building were prepared by Salih Seymen Architecture Office.
The building is located on 945th Street, which connects Hatuniye Square to Hotels Street and where Dönertaş Fountain is also located.
It was rented with a long-term rental investment model. The building will be restored by TARKEM, operated as a TARKEM investment, and delivered to the property owners at the end of the agreement period.
There are wet areas in the basement, rooms on the ground and first floors. The unqualified additions in the garden were removed and the garden was connected to the kitchen in the basement.
