About the Project
The structure located in the Kestelli Region was purchased by TARKEM in 2021. It is a registered historical monument estimated to have been built in the late 19th century.
The purchased structure is adjacent to the Yusuf Rıza Offices and 442 Street Offices, and the Historical Istiklal School, which is undergoing restoration.
The structure, consisting of a basement, ground floor and 1st floor, maintains its integrity.
The project located in the Kestelli Region and named “Kestelli Mansion” is planned to start construction after the permit and approval processes.
