Office spaces will be created around the Yusuf Rıza Offices Technology Development Center to support the main project and for young entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized companies.

It is located on 442nd Street, also known as “Karanlık Sokak”, which is connected to Kestelli Street in Esnaf Şeyh Neighborhood, Konak district, Izmir province.

The project consists of a two-storey main building and the additions in the garden. The volumes of the building were designed as offices, staying true to the restitution data.
