We were chosen as Turkey’s happiest workplace in the Restoration sector in the 2nd Turkey’s Happiest Workplaces survey conducted by Happy Place to Work® this year!

In the ‘Sustainable Business Awards’ competition organized by the Sustainability Academy, the Historical Istiklal School project was deemed worthy of an award in the ‘Cooperation’ category.

The ‘Kontak Innovative Learning Center’ project, which was carried out in cooperation with Konak Municipality and Kentimiz Izmir Association with the support received from İZKA, won the prize in category of cooperation

The prize in category of cooperation, within the scope of Sustainable Business Awards organized by Sustainability Academy for the sixth time this year, was awarded to TARKEM.

26 awards in 15 categories were given to the winners by the award ceremony realized in Istanbul Quasar Hotel. With no other example in Turkey, TARKEM, with its structure which consists of public, civil society and private sector associations which came together to hand down Izmir Historical City Center for next generations, is crowned with the award of cooperation.

TARKEM was awarded with the prize of ‘The Best of Protecting and Keeping the Cultural Heritage Alive’ by Sign of The City Award’ organized under the leadership of newspaper ‘Hürriyet’.
With an increasing intensive interest every year, in the organization arranged for 6th time this year, TARKEM competed with finalist Premium projects in its category such as Galatasaray University, Talas University and Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality. The winners, awarded by ‘Sign Of The City Awards’ which has become a platform where the most prestigious prizes of the sector are given, received their prizes in Swiss Hotel The Bosphorus Hotel on December 11, 2019.
